Service： My experience with this seller’s customer service was frustrating and unprofessional. They sent the wrong tweezers and were slow to respond, claiming they were on vacation and delaying any resolution. Instead of addressing their mistake, they refused a refund and attempted to offer a “free customization” on future orders, which required me to risk another purchase despite poor product quality. Only after Alibaba intervened did I receive my refund—something a reputable seller should have handled directly. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and reluctance to resolve issues make them highly unreliable. I strongly advise against ordering from this seller, as better, more trustworthy suppliers are available. Quality： The lash trays I received were extremely disappointing, leaving a white cast and having an inconsistent, plastic-like texture that made fanning difficult. The tweezers were heavy, lacked a precise sweet spot, and were uncomfortable to use.
